Inzwischen haben wir die sehr sch\u00f6ne Insel mit einem Auto erkundet, etliche Reperaturen erledigt und dabei immer die Wetterentwicklung beobachtet. S\u00fcdlich von Madagaskar ziehen regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Tiefs mit Starkwind von West nach Ost. In sowas darf man nicht geraten, denn im nach S\u00fcden setzenden Aghulhasstrom k\u00f6nnen dann Monsterwellen entstehen. Darum haben wir uns jetzt kurzfristig entschieden Madagaskar im Norden zu umfahren und dann an der Afrikanischen K\u00fcste nach Richard Bay in S\u00fcdafrika zu segeln. Das ist zwar 800 Sm weiter aber auch sicherer.
